Titles are a decoration for your nametag, replacing everything if you are a Tourist/Divinor and adding onto LGBTQ+ if you are an LGBTQ+ Divinor. (I.e LGBTQ+ Cleaner) Titles can be obtained through purchases, chores around the sanatorium, staying in a certain place, etc. If you obtain a title, a text will be displayed on your screen, saying, "You are now a (title)."
