Spiders are a Delusion in De Pride Isle Sanatorium, replacing the Deers in January 2020 and succeeded by the Drowned in June 2021. It returned in a subsequent update as a paid Delusion costing 
999 Robux in the Holy Shop, but players have a 50% chance to transform into a Spider without the game pass.
Appearance[]
Spiders resemble their real-life counterparts, possessing six legs, a spider's abdomen with fifteen bloodshot eyes, and the player's head at the front. They are typically colored black but turn red after consuming five players, becoming stronger and increasing in size.
Behavior[]
Spiders are known for being friendly towards ills and hostile to regular players and nurses, often forming groups to pursue patients or trigger a bunker event. However, their behavior varies for each player.
Abilities[]
- Feasting: After killing a player (similarly to the Cannibals), Spiders can grab them and eat/"feast" on them.
- Knock Down: Spiders, like other Delusions, can knock down players if they sufficiently damage their health/vitality.
- Carrying: Spiders can carry players who are weakened or unable to move on their backs.
- Breaking Down Doors: Spiders are now able to break down both wooden and metal doors with enough hits except metal doors without grey stripes.
