The Special Mixture is an item in The Sister's LGBTQ+ Church and Hospice Care, Gaymoria Peak Church Asylum, Qweerial Isle Asylum Paradise, De Pride Isle Sanatorium, and Gaymoria Peak (ALPHA). It can be found in the Holy Shipment or the Holy Shop[1] for

The Special Mixture is similar to the Holy Water, its counterpart. The main differences are that the Special Mixture jar is more rounded and bigger, the liquid inside the jar is red, and the cross inside is upside down. The Special Mixture can be drunk once. It will force one blur that will give the effect of two blurs. Nurses will generally deny the existence of the Special Mixture when asked about it.
The Special mixture is typically never given out. During surgeries in the Operating Room, there is a high chance that the nurse doing the surgery will give a Special mixture to the patient, often saying that it's a pain killer. Another alternative way of obtaining the Special mixture is by rarely fishing it up or simply buying it from the shop.
