Airashiyo was one of the developers who helped create Qweerial Isle Asylum Paradise and De Pride Isle Sanatorium. She was a Left Hand at The Sister’s Order and Divine Sister, though she resigned from this position sometime in 2019.

- During her time at Divine Sister, Airashiyo was known as "1SparkIe" and was in a relationship with 1Crumb. Together, they called themselves the "1Family."
- The two of them created a small, cliffside cottage in Qweerial Isle Asylum Paradise nicknamed as "1House," which contained a small kitchen (with tea and other unique foods not accessible from the sanatorium), living room, dining room, hallway area, and bedroom. The cottage was removed shortly after the release of De Pride Isle Sanatorium.
